Privacy notice

Spartan Construction Ghana Ltd runs this website. We are based in East Legon, Accra. You can reach us at info@spartanconstructiongh.com or on +233 24 498 2381. This notice is written under Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).

The only personal information this site collects is what you type into the enquiry form: your name, your message about the project, and, if you give them, your email address, your phone number and where the site is. We keep a copy of it so that we can call or write back to you about the work you asked about. That is the only thing it is used for.

The copy is stored with our website host, Netlify, Inc., on servers that may be outside Ghana. It can be seen only by our own staff, who sign in to the site to read it. It is not sold, shared or passed to anyone else.

When you press “Send via WhatsApp”, the message opens in WhatsApp on your own device and is sent by you, from your account, under WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy. We receive it as an ordinary WhatsApp message.

Anything you email or message us directly is kept the way any business keeps its correspondence.

An enquiry stays in our inbox until we have dealt with it and remove it. The inbox holds our 500 most recent enquiries; older ones are dropped automatically. If you would like yours removed sooner, ask us and we will delete it.

This site sets no cookies for visitors and runs no analytics. Nothing follows you between pages or between sites. The only cookie the site ever sets is the one our own staff receive when they sign in to edit the site, and it is set for them alone.

To keep the enquiry form from being abused, the site counts how many enquiries arrive from the same network address within a quarter of an hour. That count is kept for fifteen minutes under a scrambled form of the address, and the address itself is not stored with your enquiry. Our host keeps the standard access logs any website host keeps, for security.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@spartanconstructiongh.com and we will answer within a month. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to Ghana’s Data Protection Commission.

If what the site collects changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves. This version is dated 30 September 2026.
