Schedule of works
The five stages of a Spartan contract, what we do at each, and what you get.
- We do
- Walk the site, understand your needs, and set out the project scope and specifications.
- You get
- An honest yes, no, or not-like-that — before anyone talks money.
- We do
- Price the works and set the sequence against real dates.
- You get
- A fixed number and a dated timeline, with the variables named.
- We do
- Clear, excavate and get the ground right with our own skilled team and equipment.
- You get
- The stage most projects lose, delivered without a third party.
- We do
- Structure, roof and finishes, run by one site manager.
- You get
- Weekly progress you can see, and one number that answers.
- We do
- Close the snag list before we leave, not after.
- You get
- A building you can use on the day we hand back the keys.

Common enquiries
The questions we get asked.
Straight answers, including the awkward ones. If yours is not here, ask us directly.
All four disciplines — residential, commercial, industrial and infrastructure — are handled by our own in-house professionals. One company takes on every aspect of the job, and on a design-build contract that covers the design as well as the construction, so there is one point of contact and one company answerable for the result. Anything that genuinely needs a specialist trade is appointed and managed by us, so it stays one contract either way.
Yes. We are based in East Legon, Accra, and the completed list runs well past it — Tema, Kumasi, Oyibi, Dodowa, Amrahia and Kaneshie across Ghana, and Adebayor Mansion in Togo and Quality Beverages in Sierra Leone outside it. The specification and the standard you are handed at the end do not change with the distance. The logistics do, and they are priced into the number before you sign.
We visit the site before we quote. What comes back is a priced schedule of works with dates against it, and a plain list of the things that can move the number — ground conditions, approvals, changes you ask for — so nothing arrives as a surprise later.
Both. Renovation and remodelling is one of the four services we offer — taking an existing structure and upgrading it to meet a new need. It is scoped, priced and scheduled as its own job rather than treated as a smaller version of a new build.
Yes. The four services are offered on their own as well as together, so a substructure and groundworks package can be taken as its own contract where that suits your schedule better than handing us the whole job. It is scoped, priced and scheduled the same way either way.
You hear it from us, and early. One company is handling every aspect of the job, so there is a single number to ring and a single team accountable for what a change costs and what it does to the date — rather than three parties each pointing at the others.

Building in GhanaHow long does it take to build a house in Ghana?
